Purchasing service fee
10%
Of the product subtotal after product discounts, with a minimum service fee of ¥50 per order.
Service fee = the greater of (discounted product subtotal × 10%) or ¥50.
The minimum applies to each order, not each item. No purchasing service fee is charged for an empty cart. Domestic delivery and international shipping are excluded from the service fee calculation.

Domestic delivery

Quoted after packing, based on the parcel, destination and available shipping route.
Packing and additional services
Any charges for agreed packing or additional services will be specified in your quote before you approve them.

Product costs + purchasing service fee + applicable domestic delivery charges.

International shipping + agreed packing and any additional services shown in your quote.
Currency and import charges
Fees on this page are stated in Chinese yuan (CNY). Any other currency amounts displayed are estimates. Review the currency, exchange rate and final amount shown before confirming payment.
Applicable import duties, taxes and destination clearance charges are separate unless explicitly included in your shipping quote.
