Your purchases arrive at our warehouse
After purchasing, sellers send your items to our warehouse in China. Items from different sellers may arrive separately. We receive and organize them before preparing your parcel. Seller dispatch and domestic delivery times vary.
Review arrival inspection photos
Review the photos provided after your items arrive. Check the visible appearance, quantity and selected options. Contact us promptly if something appears incorrect.
Standard arrival checks are visual checks. They do not certify authenticity, product safety, internal condition or full functionality. Any additional testing must be agreed in advance.
Confirm packing and international shipping
Once you have reviewed your items, confirm which eligible purchases should be packed together and provide your delivery address.

- Review the packing and international shipping quote.
- Pay the second payment before dispatch.
- Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Understanding the two payments
Payment 1 · Purchasing
Product costs + purchasing service fee + applicable domestic delivery charges.
Payment 2 · International shipping
International shipping + agreed packing costs and any additional services shown in your quote.
Applicable import duties and taxes are separate unless explicitly included in your quote.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy from different stores?
Yes. Eligible purchases from different sellers can be consolidated after arriving at the warehouse. Combining items does not always reduce shipping costs; the packed size and available routes also matter.
Why is international shipping quoted later?
The final shipping quote requires the packed weight, dimensions, item category and destination. These details can only be confirmed after receiving and packing your items.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Requests depend on the seller’s policy, deadlines and the item’s condition. Contact us promptly before international dispatch. Return delivery and other applicable costs will be confirmed before proceeding.
Can every product be shipped internationally?
No. Restrictions depend on the product, carrier and destination. Check with us before purchasing batteries, liquids, powders, food or other potentially restricted items.
