The categories below are not automatically accepted. Some products may be unavailable on all offered routes. Please confirm the exact item before purchasing.
Batteries & electronics
Standalone batteries, power banks and devices containing batteries require product-specific review. Provide battery type, capacity and specifications.
Liquids, powders & chemicals
Cosmetics, perfume, cleaning products, adhesives, aerosols and similar items need review of their contents and packaging.
Food & health products
Food, drinks, supplements, medicines and medical products require confirmation of product details and destination requirements.
Plants & animal materials
Seeds, plants, untreated wood and products made from animal materials require individual review.
Magnets & specialized equipment
Strong magnets, motors, radio equipment and specialized devices may require specifications, documents or a suitable shipping route.
Oversized, fragile & valuable goods
Large furniture, glass, ceramics and high-value products require confirmation of handling, packing and available transport arrangements.
What information should I provide?
- Product link, clear photos and a complete description.
- Materials, ingredients or technical specifications where relevant.
- Battery details or safety documentation if requested.
- Quantity, estimated weight and dimensions.
- Destination country and postal code.
